Do I need to register for a ticket?

We will be taking care of your ticket registration for you in the weeks before the event. After we register you, you will get a confirmation email and be asked to “complete your registration” via a survey. 

The survey is required for any and all attendees in order to receive a badge.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT REGISTERING GUEST TICKETS:

Your speaker profile is attached to a single, specific email address. This would be the email address entered either when you submitted your session ideas, or when you submitted your bio and headshot. 

IF you attempt to register an additional tickets using this same email address, and put in someone else’s name and information, the event management system we are using will OVERWRITE the agenda to reflect this. 

What does this mean?
As an example – if you use your speaker profile email address to register a ticket for a guest named “Jane Doe”, the agenda will be overwritten to now have your picture with your guest’s name “Jane Doe” next to it, in the place of your own. We believe that once we have registered your ticket for you (which we are in the process of completing for all speakers), this should not be an issue. If you have follow up questions, reach out to your Speaker Concierge.

Where can I see an agenda?

The agenda will be complete before the end of September and finalized 14 days before the event.

Speaking Information

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT WILL BE IN MY BALLROOM?
You will have a program monitor (showing your current slide if you have a presentation) with a timer in front of you. You will have a clicker. Every ballroom is fully staffed with an AV team, an Emcee, and a Ballroom Manager.  You will not have a hookup for your laptop. AV will already have access to your deck because you will have turned in your completed deck to your Speaker Concierge.  BUT we recommend bringing a USB with your presentation just in case.

MICROPHONE AND SET UP
You will have a lavalier mic and mic pack. If you are on a panel, you will have a handheld mic.

WILL I BE ABLE TO PRACTICE OR RUN THROUGH MY DECK BEFORE MY SESSION?
Yep! You will meet your Speaker Concierge at your ballroom 30 minutes before your session time to get set up, test audio, and run through your slides.

Unfortunately, there will not be an opportunity for any speaker to do mic or deck check any earlier than that.

HOW DO I FIND MY SESSION BALLROOM?
Your Speaker Concierge will text you information on where to meet leading up to your session.

WHERE CAN I POST UP TO RELAX, WORK ON MY DECK, ETC?
You will have access to the VIP Lounge, where the space, snacks, beverages, and WiFi will be flowing!

Note: Any All-Access guests will not be able to join you in the VIP Lounge.
